MESOTHERAPY: INJECTION TECHNIQUES
EPIDERMAL MESOTHERAPY, IED (INTRA EPI DERMAL) INJECTION
Slight scratch of the needle, the sensory receptors are stimulated without triggering too marked a painful sensation. It is necessary to respect this relative analgesia in the treatment so as not to maintain the painful phenomena. It is possible to treat large surfaces, for example the lower limbs, the thorax, the complete spine. No bleeding. Treatment of sensitive areas (face, extremities). Treatment of areas next to prostheses (knee)
Made with a 13/0.3 30g needle bevel up, it is inclined at 15° in relation to the skin, low support (40g) with use of the flexibility of the needle. The traces are more or less tight depending on the area to be treated.
DRY AND WET MESOTHERAPY, IDS INJECTION (SUPERFICIAL INTRA DERMAL)
Techniques much less used now, they consist of multiple superficial punctures of the epidermis or the superficial dermis using an empty syringe fitted with a 4 MM needle. A reflexo/stimulotherapy action is thus obtained. It becomes wet if a substance is added to it on the skin. Its main use was represented by the treatment of hyperalgesic rebound phases (in the treatment of sciatica for example) or certain vaccinations in infants (bacterial type vaccine).
PAPULE, IDS INJECTION (SUPERFICIAL INTRA DERMAL)
Injection of product at the basal level (intra basal injection) which causes a detachment called "embossing" with whitening of the skin, between the epidermis and the superficial dermis). A little painful. A few 1/10° ml of products are injected once or several times on precise anatomical sites. 4mm/0.3 30g needle with the bevel up.
GLAZING, IDS INJECTION (SUPERFICIAL INTRA DERMAL) IDP INJECTION (DEEP INTRA DERMAL)
The needle is moved very quickly over the skin, causing each "tingling" a minimal penetration into the epidermis between 0.5 and 3mm. With each impact, a droplet of product is deposited on the skin. The distance between each impact is 1 to 1.5mm. The droplets will quickly merge at specific receptors in the dermis. The 4mm needle is presented vertically
The 4mm needle is presented bevel down. Technique suitable for almost all indications.
POINT BY POINT, DEEP INTRA DERMAL SEE IN DERMO HYPODERMIC (MPS)
4mm/04 (0.3) needle with the principle "I prick, I inject, I withdraw". This is the oldest technique, practiced since the origin of Dr. Pistor's mesotherapy. This is a so-called deep technique. It allows you to treat specific pain points. Widely used in the treatment of abarticular pathologies or acute painful pathologies.
ONE-TIME SYSTEMATIZED MESOTHERAPY, DHD INJECTION (DERMO HYPO DERMIC)
Systematized Punctual Mesotherapy (MPS) is a therapeutic technique consisting of dermo-hypodermic injections of micro-dosed allopathic substances (useful and well tolerated) at fixed, objective and reproducible points, necessary and sufficient, specific to certain privileged indications 20. It aims to reduce the amount of anesthetic, muscle relaxant, and A.I.N.S. (or any other drug) this technique is much less toxic it injects the drug at the "punctual and systematized" source (tendon - ligament - nerve - dermoneuro-dystrophic cellulalgia of the microcirculation), which results in more efficiency and greater speed of action. Indeed, due to the small number of injection points, each injection must be done in the right place or risk less efficiency.
MESOPERFUSION, IHD INJECTION (INTRA HYPO DERMAL)
It is a slow and sequential mesotherapy, injecting between 4 and 10 mm deep, using a programmed meso-infuser. Classically proposed in algology, acute or rebellious rheumatology but also in post zoster pain, insomnia, rebellious migraines and any resistant pathology.
